Today the Visa and Mastercard websites were attacked, hacked into and closed down. This follows a string of hackings on corporate and state websites since November 5th. The recent intensity is payback for the arrest of Wikileaks founder Assange.
Is this linked to Cantona's bank run or the problems with ATMs at bank of Ireland? Is this a coordinated effort to attack the financial system similar to the 1999 Fincher film "Fight Club"?
