In the private sector, do you all play fair? Is it just a big ol hugfest or do you maximise your profits for the benefit of the share holder or whatever B/S excuse you can find in order to cream as much as you can?

In my case I maximise my turnover and therefore my profit by playing a fair game with my customers, that's what brings them back to maximise my turnover again and again and again.
