If what you say is sound based then we need to be better informed about it.
The general perception is quite different.
    More, please.
As I said CAB is good for the Media, Paul Williams and co like to quote it. The Government wheels it out when there is some big crime epidemic but if you just look at the crime statistics since CAB was created, you can see that it is just another ineffective organisation. If you search the archive of any national newspaper over the years you will see cases were CAB was ordered to hand back assets. I seem to recall Vincent Brown doing a article on the cost of running CAB and it far exceeds what it brings in on confiscated assets.

I very much doubt that, link to the Vin B piece if you can.
Dan Sullivan. I was back but we still couldn't all have a vote.

If it is the same Noel Harrington named in the earlier article:

THE Dail's biggest property owner is involved in a partnership with the two men at the centre of a multi-million Irish Nationwide Building Society (INBS) loan inquiry.
Fianna Fail TD Frank Fahey owns apartments in the centre of Brussels in partnership with suspended INBS manager Noel Harrington, and Limerick developer Ger Clohessy.
According to documents, obtained by the Sunday Independent from the Belgian Land Registry, the three men are partners in a number of properties in Brussels.
