When is this in Court ?
Ger Clohessy had quite an expensive judgement made against him.

Poor guy was a small enough developer so had to give personal guarantees, and he did not borrow from a NAMA bank.

LIMERICK property developer Ger Clohessy was this Monday afternoon ordered to repay €34.9m in loans to Irish Nationwide, which were taken out in six accounts for development lands.

    I have not heard anything.

Word on the street down Limerick way is that Ger Clohessy's son is now working for NAMA.

Did not know he had connections to FF/FG or labour, seen that their families are also working for NAMA. The recession has made no difference to the political classes.

He had Business relationships with Fahey and was a donor to perjuror O'Dea.

Over a year has passed since the raid and... Nada. Quelle surprise.

Is the former manager at INBS Limerick still on 'paid leave' all this time later, does anyone know?

Will we have even one conviction for this 'economic treason??' It really beggers belief, when you listen to American and English Economists, questioning our lack of passion, to really stand up and demand that these bankers, and so called financial regulators are brought to justice, and made accountable for their actions...or should I say lack of action. If I so much as say something wrong in my job? or don't have paper work done in the required time, I will be cautioned, and/or fined a weeks wages. It's our judicial system that really needs reform. As long as we don't have mandatory sentencing, and we stilll have to depend on a judges mood on the particular day of sentencing, we will continue to be the laughing stock all over the world... Traffic duty in Sydney sounds just perfect to me...Sydney here I come, and I can tell you honestly, I am the ultimate home-bird.
