In a lot of cases they "hide" in the house that the single mother receives from the State (I have personal knowledge of this happening).

They are not running, just maximising the family revenue from social welfare.

And the father who is now paying the bills should not have joint guardianship of the child. But that is not what happens is it. Until fathers get equal rights they should not be cash cows for women.

Why shouldn't the state pay for the off-spring of sperm donor children, really?

The sperm donor doesn't have any real rights, those rights that are given are on a very limited and conditional basis. I don't see why he should pay top dollar for his minimal rights and privileges.

The issue is an example of state and feminist hypocrisy. Sure, we're all for post-nuclear family and all that, but we also want the old-style financial responsibilities to be imposed on fathers who have no rights.

If the state has €54 billion for the banks, surely it is able to fund child support exclusively in the case of single mothers/sperm donors.

Let's suggest that child financial support ("child support" is actually a bit of a misnomer) in these circumstances becomes a state service, just as education, health, policing are. Within a matter of time it simply becomes an accepted expense item; no big deal. There's nothing unreasonable or illogical about it.
