Let me see If I can put this in simpler English for you.
A mother, with custody, refuses to answer the door when the father calls. She is attempting to deny access. The father goes to a court and makes an application for an order. The judge assess the case and grants the order. What has happened here?.
A mother who, like yourself, probably thought that she could deny access discoverd that it's the court that makes these decisions, no one else.

Well done Hopi. Never let the facts stand in the way of your opinion.

What bit of the post you responded to are you struggling with? I will try to simplify it more if I can. A court decides, not the mother , or are now trying to tell us that a mother can overturn a decision of the court????? BTW if all you want is the last word you are welcome to it, just ask.
All those poor fathers going through the legal system are all wasting their time, the mother has made the decision and that's final!!!. Poor fools. Must have money to burn.

No, what they are saying is that the legal system as it is practised is biased towards the mother, and that she has undue control when it comes to access.

    Not too complex, unless

    1) you have a learning disability.
    2) English is not your first, second or indeed third language.

Nonsense, the courtt decides these matters not the mother. Still struggling with basic English!!! A mother cannot, repeat cannot, deny a father access to his children, only a court can do that.

Hopi, why do you even bother with this site. Once you take a position there is no budging from it with you, even when countless facts don't support your case.

Nobody here agrees with you. The facts do not agree with you. The Justice of the Four Courts, whose paper I provided, does not agree with you.
