The CSO published figures to show that the Net Financial Assets of Ireland was -107 Billion in 2008. These assets do not include property and land, not that them items would make much of a difference these days.

Household Net Financial Worth ex property and possessions has dropped 34% in 2008 and is 45% down from its peak.

Dramatic drop in equity and pension funds and an increase in loans are major factors here.

And wonder what way they will be for 2009?
