Its €125 net per PS worker. It will reduce their savings not their expenditure.

I see what you've done there. I've the word 'young' in my moniker, so you're implying that I am a child. Very good, old chap.

Sweet mother divine, I must know all 9% as just about everyone I know working has taken a cut in wages, from 5 to 20%.

From an opinion poll. The opinion is that 91% of private workers have not taken a pay cut.

I wonder what percentage the 350,000 newly unemployed works out to?

Ah, an opinion poll. The thing used and complained about since the last two referenda. And depending on whether the poll results suits, determines whether it is used.

Before any of these reports are published the following should be stated

    1. Who paid for the report
    2. What were the terms of reference
    3. What was the size of the sample
    4. What sectors of private business were sampled

considering over 15% of the private sector have lost thier jobs in the past 18 months , this would mean only 15% of remaining private sector workers could have taken a pay cut as according to the report 70% have not seen any reduction in take home pay , its bollocks and anyone with an ounce of sense knows it
