I never passed this story off as my own. I specifically stated that it had been reported in the media!!

Wrong name, ey? Childish, is it ?!

Click here, here, and here for more examples of such childishness.

    Don't lecture me, you hypocrite!
Just as a technicality Barry, but in none of those posts did I use an incorrect name. The person in question was christened Frank Ross, but chooses to call himself Prionsias de Rossa. Fair enough, I am using his English name as a means of disparaging him in certain contexts, but like I've said, I am not incorrect

In your case, Mary Lou Mc Donald has never been christened or known as Mary Loo, or Mc Duck.

But then Barry, your so stupid, you dont even know the results of bye elections. So who cares what you think

I don't perscribe to SF policy or ethos but I think any FGer who underestimates Mary Loo will not be the better for it. She's very capable, well (mis)informed on her topic.

She has managed an aura of substance and if she stands in Dublin Central she will win. Joe Costello and Tony Gregory beware.

why didn't you coem down to Kilfeacle to met her last Sunday IN2BS. She had some of the local FGers eating out of her hand after 5 mins. Your a lot more perceptive than your average Fger

I think some of us have seen enough of MlM for the moment.

ROC while I hate to admit it Barry does have a point with regard to Pronsias de Rossa/Frank Ross. Both Bairbre de Bruin and Caoimghín Ó Caoláin were christened with english names for example just like Pronsias. I think though as with Pronsias, Bairbre and Caoimighín would rather be called the names they have chosen instead of Barbara and Kevin.

At least he didn't call her Mary Poo. Now THAT would be childish.
