Paddy Mc Cartan will be running for the Local Elections for the party in south east again in 2009. I will be putting my forward for the Rathmines Ward n 2009. My family name is well known in the South East Constituency. My Gran was a cllr for fine gael in the early 1970s who she ran for the Rathfarham Ward in Dublin South. My Cousin is currently sit on the South Trip Country Council. so my family background is well knwn.

Will be delighted to hear wat cllr have to say wat about this.

There's something very entertaining about this post.

Without Hederman now, it's looking like (presuming it stays a 3 seater) a normal Dublin three-way split between Labour, FF & FG.

Yeah, but you have to allow Krazy his little digs at the PD's
Actually from my reading of his post Krazy is predicting that the current PD Councillor will retain her seat. Of course I believe that it is my own seat that is in real danger.
Isn't it a bit early to be crying wolf!

I wouldn't write of Kenny holding onto the seat.
The word 'politics' is derived from the word 'poly', meaning 'many', and the word 'ticks', meaning 'blood sucking parasites

You would say that wouldn't you, nothing is more dangerous than a percieved safe seat

It's this kinda crap that's wrong with Irish politics.

Ahh sure wasn't my old man a great councillor so obviously i'll be one too. It's well known political ability is genetic, it's located somewhere on the 12th chromosome according to researchers in Stanford University.
