Poor old 32s. What did they ever do to hurt anybody?

i despise terrorism, always have, even when most people in the republic were ambivalent or suportive of it. however if the harresment of the 32csm people is as bad as jimmyd alledges then it is another sign that the gardi are out of controle, or are controlled by undemocratic forces. (now guess who that could be!!) the irish people should be cairful, what happens to the 32csm no hopers today could happen to them tomorrow.

Setanta, as i'm sure you are aware the 32CSM did not bomb Omagh or anywhere else. They are a legal political organisation which although legal, is subject to massive harassment on both sides of the border. While we have come to expect it in the free state given their 'banana republic' justice system, in the north in merely undermines PSF's claims to have seperated political policing and the PSNI since 9 out of 10 times it is the PSNI rather than the 'security' service doing the harassing.

Don't be silly, you know well that if the 32CSM didn't support what both states call "terrorism", that it wouldn't be subject to such harassment.

Jimmy & Ciaran, if you're looking for a good solicitor may I recommend Des Doherty of Derry who represented the Bloody Sunday families and Saddam Hussein and Derry City FC against the FAI. Great man.

    I see.

Who would have thought that an organisation full of apologists for the killing and maiming of innocent people, and the murder of unborn children, would be such shrinking violets?

Maybe you should get a ************************************g life?

Sure the workers party and maybe the provisionals endure harassment from the special branch as well despite both the official and provisional ira are off the scene and their policies regarding armed struggle.

The branch in the 26 counties are trying to justify there existence with excessive harassment lately and they are targetting younger people to try and scare them from getting involved.
It has nothing to do with armed groups.
