Correct in that I personally know about 10 lads who applied in this recruitment competition and of them, only 1 is unemployed at present.

Officially no quota. I think the PDF come in somewhere around 5%, maybe a bit less for females. You'd usually see at least 2 in a recruit platoon/class.
