If you say so. I don't associate with drug dealers on such a personal level.
If there is a distinction between “weed dealers” and general drug dealers then fine. If some people deal in the harmless stuff because they believe it should be legal then, again, fine, but don’t try to tell me that drug dealers are the salt of the earth.
I agree with it being legalised so the conventional drug dealing scum don't profit from it.

My Father is a Doctor, he will not use anti-biotics or paracetamol unless he has too. He says they are extremely bad for your body. But no one cares, because these items can be taxed.

    There, we differ.
Yes, nobody is scum. It is not your place to rank people based on their activities. You are not better than someone else simply because they sell drugs and you don't. Don't kid yourself, you are no moral beacon, no matter who you are or what you do. Everybody does things which others can consider good and bad and NOBODY has the right to rank people like you are.

I’ve known several people who have smuggled other things and I know not to get in their way. Are they the same type of people? Do tell.
Hmmm...have you analysed your own argument?!

All of these issues you have are to do with the illegality.

If cannabis were legal, deals could be done in a shop (though most dealers don't deal in alleys, that is a myth).

Instead of using guns to settle disputes, the law could be used.

ANd instead of smuggling the product, it could be legally supplied.

You are speaking like a moron.

You are the loon if you think that.
It's more conspiracy doggerel, which basically suggests that legislators and policy makers are under the thumb of big-cotton ?? LOL

If illegal drugs were legalised, then alcohol corporations would buy into the business, just like any other.

So, sorry your point is no good.

And to answer your other question. Yes, I think drug dealers are committing a more serious offence than people who buy it.

Yes, that is the real health issue with cannabis.

Dealers have been bulking it out for years with extra materials when business is bad to try to stretch it further.

This is also another reason why studies into the impact of cannabis on your health cannot be taken seriously as noone smokes pure cannabis anymore. Instead it could be cannabis and...

    -sand
    -spray glue
    -crushed glass

Do I need to go on?

I said it should legalised an hour ago so reputable people could deal the stuff and society could reap the benefits.
Our argument actually surrounded the fact that you believed reputable people already dealt it. I saw it differently.

That's my favourite recipe. I usually make half the amount in a small roasting tin. Oh and don't cook it too long, they are best when you take them out well before the middle is set, otherwise they dry out over time and you'll hardly be able to eat the whole batch in one go.

sarahj I would probably still be having an occasional spiff today if it were not for the dodgy individuals that took over dealing in the early 80's tbh it put me right off what was an enjoyable way to socalise with friends. Maybe that has changed now.
