It will never happen, but legalising it would kick start the economy. Imagine the amount of tourists that would come here every year. And they could put a rather large tax on it. But, it will never happen. This is Ireland.

Grainne Kenny is president of an organisation that lies - simple as that.

Feel free to try and sue me you lying twat - a large majoirty of the nonsense of your EURAD website is downright lies. Anyone who listens to her should get themselves checked out for 'HEARING AIDS', a new strain of AIDS, apparently, it can be contracted from listening to arseholes.

Imagine listening to this bloke above - wonder why he has a womans name?

    Weird, isnt it?
If I could mass-sterilise the planet, I would. Seriously.

    No argument against from me.
Will say though, that long-term regular usage of cannabis does take its toll on a person's capacity to use their intellect.

Are you joking? What loss of life? Cannabis and Sex is basically all Amsterdam has to offer. I don't remember significant reports of loss of life there due to legalisation of cannabis. Could you direct me to a few?
Imagine the variety of tourists we would have in Dublin if this was legalised. It wouldn't just be drunk English tourists over for stag nights and starting fights.

One of the guys under 25 years of age who was taking part in the import of these goods is an accountant in a reputable estate agents in Dublin. This just shows the calibur of some of the people willing to risk themselves and affiliate themselves with the wrong people to get this product into the country. I feel for this accountant.

The days of cannabis illegality are numbered. It is my mission to plough down any toolbag who thinks it should still be illlegal. I will plough through and cut you in half.

Screw this country and screw the ideals of the 'old gard'. It is time we developed as a nation and moved on from this pro-hibition.

Think of the amount of money involved here. Just remember this money has gone into the hands of some criminal gang already in some other country. This several million has already been paid to the bad guys and now our own Irish citizens who are productive members of society are going to jail. Think about it for a second. This capture is nothing. NOTHING comapred to what is coming into this country every week. All this money is going offshore and into criminals hands to bring this stuff in.

We need to legalise weed and we need to do it NOW.

It will be my life mission to get it legalised for the health of our young people and to keep money in the country. HUNDREDS of millions are leaving this country for cannabis imports alone and HUNDREDS of millions of tax payer money is being spent trying to stop it.

MILLIONS of taxpayers money is then used to put these productive members of society into jail. I create jobs, I smoke weed, yet I am a phucking criminal also. WAKE UP ---- Leave the backwater ideals behind and lets move on.

Weed is good, the war on drugs is FUTILE and very EXPENSIVE and allowing a product for the gangs / criminals to sell and fund their operations.

GODDAMMIT people cop to phuck on and legalise WEED.
Presumably the money spent pursuing the late Mr Dutchy Holland and his ilk was in your view a waste of valuable resources? Perhaps the IDA should have grant assisted him and assisted with a market developemnt plan! Are you for real on this one or is this a piss take?
Society can't cope with the effects of the only 2 drugs we try to regulate, alcohol and cigarettes, what evidence is there that we can cope with a 3rd legal drug?

You sir, are an IDIOT with those kind of ideas.

Stoned people dont run around. Stoned people sit back and use their minds and intelligence in more ways than if they were sober or drunk.

I have dominated in my field with the help of cannabis.

I dont drink more than a couple of times a year because cannabis is better and I feel much healthier for it.

I create jobs, I smoke weed, I dont run around the streets.

IN FACT you EEJIT, cannabis smokers would be too paranoid as to what people actually thought of them running around making tools of themselves.

Some people are just so blind they need to be taught a lesson. You sir, must thrive of propoganda and you sir, must love the government shaft up yer hole. Did you register yourself for 2nd property tax yet? Lol on you!

Yeah, because at present all the crime in Ireland is caused by stoned individuals.
Get real will you. If you have an argument, put it forward. If not its hearsay and conjecture and you'll be thrown out of court for it.

I wonder if you added up all the money budgeted for 'de war on drugs in which we have no share of the profit' and all the Garda and court time together over the years would it cover the cost of NAMA?
