I can never understand why water charges are so controversial. We pay for electricity yadda yadda yadda. Baffling.
Just who would be liable for those water charges?
Example. I have my own well and supply all my own water, paid for the well and equipment without any Gov't grant. I pay for the electricity to pump the water from well to house. Why should I pay water charges to the Gov't.local authorities?
