Was speaking with The sales department of Cartel direct and they do alot of Government agency work. An Irish Accent gave me details.

Cost for a transfer from Airport to City Centre was £100 + Vat in an S class Merc. You can have the Merc for £40 + Vat an hour thereafter within reason (ie within London and not Manchester)

Interesting, how did the gombeen run up such high charges then?

I don't think Cartel were involved in anything unproper. They merely supplied the work and after much examination of prices. Cartel is very much similar to the other firms in London...
