The Courts are on holidays. Carroll has until tomorrow to LODGE and appeal to the Supreme Court. They won't hear it for ages.

The Thomas Cook case is being heard by the vacation judge in the High Court, Michael Peart.

Tomorrow will prove nothing in relation to the two. They are totally separate issues legally.

Does this mean that the Gardai are going to enter a buiding tomorrow and forcibly remove 40 women, two of whom are pregnant. put them into paddy wagons and take them too court.

Or will the judge order their arrest and the Gardai will take them directly too jail?

Just remind me which court you sit in so I will know who to ask for if I need you.

Well, if Thomas Cook press attachment and committal proceedings the Judge will want them or their legal representatives to appear before him. He will probably want them to appear in person before him but if they refuse, he could hear the matter and order their committal to prison. A fairly common approach would be to impose escalating fines as the protest continues. The Committal option would involve paddy wagons and a quick trip to Mountjoy. He won't exercise that option unless there is no alternative.

I find it helpful only to post when you have some vague grasp of what is being discussed.

Not too sure about you though!!

Well let us see now who will be there.
Every TV Station, possibly also Sky as Cook is English.
    Every radio station
    every newspaper
    Probably supporting family and friends.
Unemployed folk who want to vent a grudge
    Rent a Riot

Put all that in a pot and anything can happen.

I have been tying to find a direct Twitter link to one of the protesters.

    But have had no success.
