What laws did the CEO of the banks break? Who ignored it?

Indeed it is. Hopefully this gets some decent, balanced media exposure and inspires some debate.

Look at the beverly-cooper flyn case. she was in court even thought she was selling bank products on behalh of her employers. Thay said she was selling illegal off-shore account to avoid tax liabilty that thay (costomer) were due to pay.

What she was selling was authorised and made into policy by the Bank CEO etc. But thay never bother going after them. Google it.

What's going to happen the next time a total skanger is up in court for comtempt.

Will the unions and political parties be there to protest their innocence.

Thats tax evasion. Theres a difference.

Tax avoidance is legal and is there for everyone benefit. Tax evasion is different and is illegal

I presume you are talking about the dirt scandal. This is illegal. You will have to ask the legal experts why there were no prosecutions. But thi sis a completely different set of circumstances to those of these protestors.

OK. Tell me the difference between a group of Thomas Cook employees who break an injunction and a skanger who does it.

    Err... what?

You know full well that this isn't a random skanger case, it is 45 workers who had a valid reason to protest.
