Justice Ireland style as you said, stand up for your rights get trampled on, bankrupt the country, get a pat on your back.
I presume you are willing to back up that potentially libelous statement re the Judiciary?

The fact that Mr. Justice Peter Kelly refused an examiner-ship to a certain HUGE developer very recently obviously sailed completely over your head.

That seems to depend. Apparently you can sometimes, and if you're Noel O'Gara the Guards won't even intervene, saying instead that its a civil matter.
The O'Gara issue was a park, which he legally owned, being used by him in contravention of planning, which absolutely is a civil issue. I don't remember he refusing to obey a High Court order either. Your comparison is hardly apt.

    Correct.

if you were on 500 a week for ten years:

    You are getting 25k
but you are only entitled to 10k
    Yet you are demanding 40k

If that was me I would jump at the 25k before the offer might be withdrawn!

Yet they are looking for 8 weeks pay for every year which is crazy!

As a matter of interest, I am stuck for a place to stay this weekend. Can I occupy your house?

Will it hold up tomorrow in court?? That will be the real test, as it will decide whether the judiciary can be abused. Watch and see.

No that was something else - he took possesion and changed the locks of a house that wasn't his - Businessman seizes dead man’s home - Times Online

But anyway, that's going slightly off topic, but was just to provide an alternative slant to your "can't occupy another's property" comment. My point is sometimes you can.

You should get a Banker to work it out for you based on their rules.

Not in contravention of a High Court order, you can't. Thats the issue.

And what does that mean, exactly?
