RTÉ Business: Carroll firms to apply for examinership

"Six companies controlled by property developer Liam Carroll have told the High Court of their intention to apply to go into examinership.

The move follows a decision by ACC Bank to lodge a petition to have the six companies wound up because it is owed substantial sums of money by them." etc.

Just wonder why ACC did not hold the line so Carroll is using the FF designed legal tool to protect himself.

Liquidation would be a better option in my view.
