    Further pause would lead most sensient beings to acknowledge that a judicial system in which a person given a life sentence may well serve less time than someone given a stated number of years is inherently flawed. You always defend our justice system, Corelli, but this time I think you've highlighted how ridiculous it is.

    Underlines how divorced the Irish judiciary has become from the citizenry it purports to protect.

    BTW The Irish Times says he's 35 while the Irish Independent in 1998 said he was 25 (which would make him 38 now). Which is correct?
