They used to be members of the Taliban. They are in the process of being legally pursued through the courts when Police in England question them in relation to ID fraud. Not so, but if you had the for-sight to issue id cards to those getting in [limited to say 5000 per year] along with all the possible support they need, they at lest well go on to do well for the country and can not do a turn in 20 years mopping about being left out.
