    There should be a CAP on the CAP as well as a CAP on who get s these national payments as well.

    Tell me why someone with no land should be paying someone else because he does have land?

    that statement proves you have nothing to do with farming anyway. farmers are given the price the suppliers give them they dont have the choice to raise their prices. its suppliers that have the power raise there prices as said the price of milk which a farmer gets hasn't changed a whole amount in 20 years and that is a fact.

    Of course, but the question addressed to me implied that farmers would try to increase prices if they were not given their dole.
