    Open-borders cretins: "Stop deporting Nigerians"

Campaigners from the group 'Residents Against Racism' - a lobbyist group that profits from the immigration industry - were protesting on Thursday against the deportation of 40 Nigerian asylum scammers.

The protests, in Dublin, were against the forced removal of 40 bogus asylum seekers back to their country of origin. The group protested outside the Garda National Immigration Bureau in an attempt to get the Minister for Justice, Dermot Ahern, to halt the deportations.

Residents Against Racism ( RAR ) claimed that "some of the deportees have lived in Ireland for more than 10 years and have children who are Irish citizens." Mysteriously, RAR failed to mention that the reason these bogus asylum seekers have been in Ireland for so long, is because they have dodged the law and strung-out their asylum claims in the courts for as long as possible. At every stage of the process, it is the Irish taxpayer who funds the legal proceedings, even as the country stares at fiscal oblivion.

Meanwhile, Nigerian asylum scammer Pamela Izevbekhai appeared again before the Supreme Court on Thursday, with a new legal team ( courtesy of the Irish taxpayer, naturally ). The new team, Brophy & Co, has replaced the former team who resigned over the use of the fraudulent documents.

Proof, as if more were needed, that these open-borders clowns will tolerate nothing short of amnesty for all illegals. Clearly, they want Ireland to follow the brilliant example set by near-bankrupt Spain.

i was around burgh quay on thursday, there were only 5-6 protesters on the steps, not much of a turn out.

what this crowd have also seem to forget is that if these deportees were parents to irish citizen people, then these parents had ample of opportunities to make applications under ibc 05 scheme and leave to remain applications. we cant be having one of the parents coming to ireland claiming to stay on basis of child, when that parent had not being part of the child's life or lived with child in ireland for 3 or more years. its a joke. someone in that group are blagging spoofers. if the parents of these children were removed, some of the only laudible reasons would have being if they had breached the terms of the conditions set out in those schemes when they were granted status. breaches of conditions set out include continous residency in this country and obey the laws and maintain economic viability or go studying.

Fair play to RAR for having another protest. Speaking of blagging liars and rogues, Pamela has an appointment with the supreme court, now set for July

and the Tribune has run a nice hatchet job on her claims
The curious case of Pamela Izevbekhai

and its interesting that RAR are having a go at the doctor involved
"If he's asking for money from newspapers for his story, how can we believe anything he says?" said Rosanna Flynn of Residents Against Racism.
Well RAR I suppose you believe him because Pamela told you he was involved with certifying the death of her imaginary kid?
"I don't think Martin McGuinness necessarily intended to kill anyone while in the IRA." factual

During the economic good times, ordinary people saw RAR activists as eccentric and naive, but mostly harmless. They were even seen as, dare I say.... romantic in their delusions.

But now, with an economy in ruins, ordinary people are viewing the disastrous open-borders hacks with alarm.

Though I agree she should be pegged out on her ear, have you any evidence that the State are paying her legal bills?

I'd have an accent test. Any family with an Irish child who has an Irish accent should not be deported. Not very scientific, but the idea of sending kids with Irish accents and who might play hurling or watch Fair City to a country that is foreign to them - like Nigeria - makes me feel very queasy.

And no, I am not a pinko "mass immigrationist" (whatever that phrase even means). I am in favour of a strict and controlled immigration policy. I am just not into sadism.

In other words, "any illegal immigrant who evades the authorities for long enough, and who has a couple of kids to add to the guilt-tripping effect, should not be deported."

    What a sound policy, Halderman!

It's brilliant thinking like that, which has turned California into such a "multicultural paradise" ( aka "bankrupt banana republic with several million illegals" ).

Considering that all asylum seekers have the right to taxpayer-funded court claims, and that this particular woman is completely broke and living on handouts from friends, I'll leave you to use your own common sense in figuring that one out.

All asylum seekers do NOT have a right to taxpayer funded court claims. Can you provide any evidence to back up that allegation?

Your argument would be better made if you don't resort to speculation.
