    Michael O'Leary for Taoiseach ?

Politics in Ireland is exceptionally dull (if Pat Rabbit is their wit then we are doomed). It would be a lot more fun if Michael O'Leary came onboard.

    O'Leary Threatens nudity

Last week, LOT’s spokesman Leszek Chorzewski, said on Poland’s TVN24 news channel that Ryanair will soon walk naked down the street in front of TV cameras to draw attention to LOT’s fuel surcharges of up to €75.
    ....

    so O'Leary responds:

Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary says he'll walk naked through Warsaw if LOT removes the fuel surcharge on its tickets by the end of this month.
Now why not some politicos like that around here ?

I could see him with the PDs or FG. A Centre Rightist, moderately eurosceptic, and a committed Atlanticist. I'd consider a vote for him.

He could actually whip FG back into shape. Reckon the unions would try a coup d'etat if he was elected.

    He'd crush 'em like Thatcher.

I saw him on the Dunphey Show a year or two ago and was quite impressed.

So twould be Comrade Pidge 'n Comrade Brendan Ogle that would lead the fightback ?

I'm actaully quite serious in my silliness - I want a Taoiseach of O'Leary's calibre & sense of humour. Reckon FG is ripe for a takeover

I think he meant the very much alive and extremely irritating version, rather than the recently departed former Labour leader. (I wager you knew that though)
