Its an amazing thing to watch in a horrifying kind of way.
Just wondering do the CSO keep similar county-by-county stats and would anyone know what kind of program is used to produce interactive maps like this?

Looks like a Flash program that is taking data from a database backend. It can be done quite easily with the US data from what I remember as it is well sorted and readily available.
