A little disturbing. As much as I would like to shoot everyone who protests against shell, this does irk me a bit. Only our Gardai should be killing the dissident S2S terrorists.

It's irrelevant, except as a possible introduction link between Dwyer and the others. Him being security at Glengad is not indicative of a political or personal agenda, nor of much else.

Michael Dwyer who was shot dead in Bolivia had worked in Mayo for Integrated Risk Management Services (IRMS), the company that provides security on the Shell Corrib project, up to 20 October 2008.

It is now believed that Michael Dwyer came to be in Bolivia through contact with a Hungarian, Tibor Revesz, who had also worked security on the Shell Corrib project. Tibor Revesz was previously a member of the Hungarian army and also worked as a bodyguard and a series of other security jobs before working for IRMS.

What does this information say about the sort of people that Shell has been employing in Mayo? Also, what questions does it raise about the connections that there may have been between Shell, which is interested in exploiting Bolivia gasfields that have been nationalised by the current government, and the activities of Michael Dwyer?
Why start a Thread on this? it's been beaten to death already in the massive thread on Bolivia ... why not put up a post in there to further this?
