Is Ganley now a liability to Libertas

I believe you would not dislike Libertas if they were pro Lisbon, that's my opinion, don't panic.
as i said the electorate are intelligent people.

I know that's what you believe - in the face of any statement by me to the contrary. That was why I pointed out that although the Greens usually campaign against EU treaties, and I usually vote for them, I nevertheless vote for the Greens. If the Greens decide to oppose Lisbon 2, I will still be a Green voter - just one that disagrees with that particular decision.

Similarly, I don't vote FF or PD, although those parties are pro-Lisbon. Nor would I vote Libertas if they turned round and said they were pro-Lisbon.

My opposition to Libertas is therefore not contingent on their opposition to Lisbon. It's the result of disliking their politics and their actions. Pretending it's about something else is just that - a pretence.

Dear God, do you actually vote based on the merits of the treaty? I did that the last time and got grief from Libertas types.
