I though she was smashing, though I've always been a big fan of Caroline.

There's been a bit of fun on both my blog and also on the Libertas blog about de Burca odd reaction to getting an email.

Well no, they don't but that's another matter.

what is their policy on abortion in Ireland or do they have any? are you telling me they have no opinions on the matter...if that's the case why would anyone want to listen to them?
Each candidate has their own opinion,.

If so they'll get my vote.
So you are actually pro abortion, rather than what is euphemistically called pro choice, you are actually in favor of destroying human life ... at least your honest.

    thats hysterical

clearly the established parties have no idea how the landscape is changing thanks to technology. its her mentality thats got us in the situation where half the TDs in the dail have stronger family ties than the royal family (virtually the whole KITT clan is in now) .

i'd think if anything the greens would seek to copy it to get an improved grassroots movement going. of course that would mean abandoning the "old boys club" they and the traditional parties have fallen into over the decades.

god forbid someone would have an equal chance of standing as anyone else or have the chance to actually nominate someone who may not have the rampant ego so on display from the current crop - but superior ability.

that email idea might actually be the first example ive ever seen of someone actually finding a way to bypass the problem of most people who wanting to be in politics being the last feckers who should !

and neatly shows up that the only reason she signed up was for mischevious reasons as clearly shes no intentions of joining libertas. nice little own goal there.

I have no idea. Libertas currently has 123 candidates and will be closer to 150 by the end of the week, I don't know how all of them stand on every issue.

Did anyone think that Pat's RTE bias showed? He seemed to be constantly on the Caroline attack. All this talk about funding amuses me. It's purely an engineered anti- Ganley ploy. I wonder if he was pushing a "yes" would anyone be exercised about the origin of his funding. It's all part of the Get -Ganley- at -all -costs- Campaign.
