    If some of the Gaelgóirs around the place started up basic classes we'd be laughing. Have an hour or two of banter As Gaeilge in the local pub/club while having a few pints.

    Yes. I see hundreds of volunteers on a weekly basis giving their time within the GAA. I dont see a difference. If I was in any way fluent myself Id do it now myself. Im currently studying Irish for the Leaving Cert and when thats finished I'll be attempting some form of class or conversation circle myself.
    Ive a few people who have said they're interested so with a bit of luck it'll go well. And I'll be roping other in to help with my powers of persuasion.
