The barstool Capitalists don't seem to like Public Service employees answering back defending their corner... I'm happy to add to their discomfort...

Nope, there has been no increase in the rate of disability allowance. Negative inflation is the only thing helping you now. Them padded cells comfy, Mar?

Well, I'd certainly agree that your chances of winning an argument is unaffected by having one - zero per cent either way.

    b. Civil servants can take their lunch from 2 to 2:30 (legally all workers, public or private sector, are entitled to at least 30 minutes lunch break)

    c. As far as i can see, civil servants are in fact under-represented in work-time posts in this site, i.e. private sector workers appear to post here while on the more more often than we do.

    d. No-one here actually believes your fantasy that you are self employed. Any company managed by someone as unstable as you would have gone belly-up months ago. So keep it up if it makes you happy, but don't expect to fool anyone (except atlantic, he's proved himself to be a simpleton on multiple occasions on this site....)

    Happy Easter!

    A.Presumption is ignorance
    B. Lunchbreak is not an all day occurence
    C. Under-represented? when you pay for the ISP yourself then we will talk online
    D. If it keeps you happy??? Oh I love the idiots..You have no concept of the world of business. I do like to read my kids fairy stories before they got educated to real life scenarios such as yours

    Don’t worry
    It is not for long
Very soon everybody, who can make money for Ireland will leave this country and public workers will be left alone with empty budget and crowd of welfare recipients
Then private workers will overthrow ruling of public services and they will be not slaves of public servants anymore
Each day with your high salary making your end closer

As soon as private workers will have nothing to lose, it will be the end for greedy FF supporters from public services

Can I ask any of our civil servant posters/public servant posters how many private sector workers do they know who get
    a) a tax free lump sum 1.5 times their anuual salary on retirement
    b) a defined benefit pension that rises in accrodance with those who have inherited the retirees position.

Also where do public servants believe the money to pay for their salaries, their guaranteed pensions and their lump sums comes from ?

And please do not claim the pension levy comes anywhere close to providing for the ultimate pension, it is an ill thought out indiscriminate token gesture created by our so called government to semi appease people in private sector.

I believe these are quiet rational questions, so can we have rational answers and not some waffle, anti private sector drivel quoting bank executives and former developers salaries and bonuses.

    a. Given your posts are laced with presumption, this point amounts to you calling yourself ignorant. Way to play to the gallery, Mar!
    b. Indeed, the point was about the OP, which was posted during lunch hour.
    c. I do pay for my ISP. I also never post here when at work (unlike you, I am far too busy).
    d. My ar$e! You're making up fairy stories here. You're clearly too stupid to run a company (and spend far too much time ranting on the internet during work hours), and any sane woman would run a mile from having a family with someone as abusive as you are. If pretending otherwise pulls your chain, fine, but don't expect credence and a hug.

I also see the poor dear has 'bad repped' me for having to temerity to interfere with his fantasies. I returned the favour, of course....
