No problem with deporting fake refugees as they get the genuine ones a bad name. I am in favour of controlled immigration. I have had the experience of emigrating to both Canada and Australia and I see no reason why we should not have a similar system here. Part of the requirements were medical examinations to prove you are free from VD, Aids and TB but if you suggest something similar here you are accused of racism - regarding the U.K., that's their choice.

There was a lady who vehemently opposed this asylum process, and did not advocate open entry to just anyone who claimed it. Anti Immigration platform I think. She was severely castigated at the time.
Can't remember her name, but she has been proven right IMO. Anne something, if the brain cells are still working, does anyone remember who she is/was? Just curious about her in hindsight.
