Have the Germans already bailed us out?

In the business section of the Sunday Indo there is an interesting piece about Irish bonds holding their value and the only explanation being that somebody is buying them up in large numbers.

Is the ECB bailing us out already?
Is that what the secret finance meetings and German political anger are about?
Have the government been told what to cut etc next month by out new masters?

you got yourself a mighty fancy conspiracy theory there ,if they were buying those bonds in large numbers there would be no way they could keep the lid on it , as for the sindo if they told me today was Sunday i would go double check

    Sounds plausible alright.

But what is being sold off in return? Our economic sovereignty? Who voted for this?

I reckon we're a couple of weeks away from not being able to send out the pay-slips.

Apparently, they've started showing episodes of The Flintstones across the Middle East...

They don't show it in Dubia, but Abu Dabi do.

Would you go away and leave the adults to talk. Whats your view on quantitative easing if you want to stay here?

You're joking right? Please tell me you are.
Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are, and those few dare not oppose themselves to the opinion of the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them.

About 6 million is not a fair few bob. That's ******************** all when you're trying to keep a country afloat.
