Why is it taking him 8 months to produce it? When SIPO wrote to Ganley asking for the copy of the loan agreement in June 2008, did they specify March 31st 2009 as a deadline? Why so long to produce a piece of paper that we are led to believe exists?

What an awful lot of panic about Ganley running Libertas as a European Party. What's the matter? Unsure if the main Parties can beat him in elections?

    Possibilities:

    1) It doesn't exist (or at least, it didn't when SIPO requested it, after Ganley claimed it existed).

    2) Ganley can't find it - and, conicidentally, Libertas can't find their copy either.

    3) It exists, but it also makes clear that Ganley received the money directly from a foreign source, suggesting at the very least major chicanery around the law on foreign donations.

    Anyone got any other possibilities?

    4) It exists and will be presented when Libertas said they will present it.

    5) It was co-signed by George W. Bush and Osama bin Laden
