and you will ote while the Cochrane and the Cookie are busy Libertasing toxic is here plugging away.

The same goes for Bobert I will search a thread for a post of his from last april it needs to go in here
I wouldn't pay too much heed to NDS/MPH/Insider/whatever, he gets a bit confused. Like when he says he is never going to post here again, that the site has gone to hell, and then signs up with a new identity and denies he's himself. It's sort of tragic really, I say a prayer for him when I can...

Libertas will follow the electoral acts and SIPO guideless - and that's it.

Anyways, as I've said, at least we haven't broken the law with regards donations, unlike some people.

In today's Irish Times "Letters to the Editor" page, Barry Walsh of Clontarf rights "The SIPO report into their [Libertas] activities should make for interesting reading."

Now, is their a SIPO report being undertaken or is it wishful thinking on Mr. Walsh's part?

So, do you actually think Declan Ganley, sorry, Declan and Delia, has given 1.5 million euro? And that nobody else has donated? Nobody at all?

No, you don't. You just think that nobody else has donated more then 5k. And maybe, just maybe, nobody else has?

Here's my final response;

I believe Libertas has received it's funds in both a legal, and ethical way. While I would like to see a list of donors, I cannot force them to release one. And nor can anyone else. So, until someone can provide a shoe box of receipts, invoices and checks, we are at odds.
Loads more where that came from
These posts here are very interesting as Bobert says
[quoute]

What really gets me is the fact that Libertas supporters tell us we have to many junior Ministers yet Ganley wants 27 EU commissioners, and as the EU expands we will be inventing portfolios for them.

Do we really need them and the entourage that comes with them? Talk about wasting money.

The same man wants to deny 7000 workers a swimming pool.

while he has of course his own swimming pool at Moyne House in Tuam where an acquaintance of mine used to live prior to Declan's purchase.

I dealt with the misapprehension about /misrepresentation of the March 31st deadline on the SIPO report thread here:

http://www.politics.ie/lisbon-treaty...ml#post1494469

The deadline is for supply of a bank statement to SIPO as per the annual Electoral Acts deadline. The loan agreement was clearly requested by SIPO in order that it satisfy itself that there was no basis to media reports that the loan was not at commercial rates and therefore a prohibited donation, for which there is no return deadline, cos it's wrong!

Libertas's statement that it will supply all the necessary information by March 31st is either a complete misunderstanding of their legal responsibilities or its misdirection in order to fend off their critics. I think we can all guess which it is at this stage.

surely this is Goebbels style propaganda from Libertas, sticking to a few lies and repeating them over and over

Your paranoia about the Times is comic. They did what any journalist anywhere would do - they covered a row. However in the weird world of Ganleyites (and don't give us that crap about how you are not a Ganley supporter. You are almost as fanatical in defending him from the every imagined slight as CM and D Cochrane) merely doing standard media reportage is a hatchet job.
Your claim of TA as a Libertas supporter is absurd - have you any evidence to back it up ?

Also as TA points out you've been run off this sit 4 or 5 times already for posting silly nonsense that you can't back up, so will be interesting to see how long this user name lasts.

Incorrect but I have noted that certain actions are very counterproductive, What is your stance on the NW?

Incorrect as in:
He hasn't posted under different identities previously ?

Or that:
He could prove TA to be a Libertas supporter ?

NW Election ?
I'm not quite fond of Ganley on his social views, I've reasonable grounds to suspect he is of the very Catholic persuasion - I'll wait for this to come out in the campaign. Aside from that having someone skeptical in the parliament would be of use, perhaps it would cut back on the €9m swimming pools.
