Libertas will follow the electoral acts and SIPO guideless - and that's it.
Anyways, as I've said, at least we haven't broken the law with regards donations, unlike some people.

In today's Irish Times "Letters to the Editor" page, Barry Walsh of Clontarf rights "The SIPO report into their [Libertas] activities should make for interesting reading."
Now, is their a SIPO report being undertaken or is it wishful thinking on Mr. Walsh's part?

So, do you actually think Declan Ganley, sorry, Declan and Delia, has given 1.5 million euro? And that nobody else has donated? Nobody at all?
No, you don't. You just think that nobody else has donated more then 5k. And maybe, just maybe, nobody else has?

Here's my final response;
I believe Libertas has received it's funds in both a legal, and ethical way. While I would like to see a list of donors, I cannot force them to release one. And nor can anyone else. So, until someone can provide a shoe box of receipts, invoices and checks, we are at odds.
