An outrage that cannot stand. A nuke that will blow up in FF's faces if this is not revoked. The snouts are well and truly in the trough and we shall not eat cake. Vive la Revolution.

Aren't you constantly going on about how poor you are? You probably earn a small fraction of what union reps earn... Sounds like they know a bit more about business than you do!

By people suggesting increments be stopped for TDs you are opening up increments to everybody to be put on the agenda. This government are putting all these suggestions out there so that people will argue in favour of increments being stopped and in the end there will be no distinction between higher and lower paid - they will just stop all of them. I would argue that in this event it is unfair on the people who are due increments as it is they who are being singled out to pay the cost and not those who have already received it.

In the case of TDs I would say there should be no increments at all and that there should be a flat salary for all of them regardless of service. So a new salary should be set for TDs so that some will lose more than others but they will all receive the same in the end. This I think is a fairer and safer way of dealing with higher and lower paid in the public service.

You can, by putting yourself forward.
