Here's a nice little p1ss take on the Soldiers of Destiny - involving footage of the Irish Army from 1933 (wearing the legendary steel helmets) Its taken me this afternoon to edit it, and apologies for the watermarks and the misspelling - I will correct those

I don't get it.
Is it a Nazi comparison or a show of incompetence through the generations? If so.........

In 1933 the Irish Army then under a Fianna Fail Government wore steel helmets (just like the Germans) which were actually made by the British firm Vickers. The whole point is that they were going in the wrong direction then (1933) as they are now! Showing a history of incompetence.

Wish I could be more positive about it, but some German music to a 1930's reel on the Irish Army and a modern pic of Cowen in the middle. If the writing in the middle was removed it may help me get over the feeling its a pirate copy and I shouldn't be watching it
