Call to boycott U2's new albumn and remove their Passports

This may sound somwehat radical, but I believe that Bono's decision to defend their action to move their royalty payments to Holland now, in order to avoid paying tax to the Irish Exchequer is unaccetpable, especially for someone who preaches to us so much about equality and social justice!

U2 enjoyed tax free status in Ireland under the "Cinderella" rule up until recently and now the rule has been removed, they decide thery still arent going to pay their share! Its a disgrace, in these times and I believe Irish people should boycott their new albumn and I would love to see their Irish passports removed....why should they keep them after this??

    You can't take their passports.
But you can ignore their album. Certainly people seem to be ignoring their single. It's been the poorest performing release of theirs in over a decade, I believe.

That's it pull the trap door and kill the music, film and irish entertainment industry while you are at it?
Why not do the same with every other successful business person and enterpreneur?
Put them all in crusher and squeeze them like a lemon for every last precious drop of juice?

U2 earned their money from a being a damn good rock band and I think they are entitled to every cent.

They have been ambassadors for Ireland throughout the world.

Sounds to me like you want the whole country to blow their collective brains out by criminalising our best and brightest and most successful talents?

Let's be careful here. If we are going to take their passports can we do it while they are out of the country. Better they can't get back than can't get out.

Its 100% true!! We all know Bono is a hypocrit and this is just the biggest proof of it! They dont pay a red cent and moved theor royalties immediatley to Holland when Revnue announced that they were removing the "Cinderella" rule which allowed them to collect their tens of millions in royalties here, without paying a cent tax!
