    Frank Fahey Statement

According to Newstalk, he emailed them a statement saying that the reason that the international media was taking a dim view towards Ireland was because of the way FG and Labout were attacking the Government in the Dail.

He said that they should be supporting the Government during this crisis.

So, there you have it, proof that FF do not believe in democracy. A very similar statement was released by Michael Kennedy a few weeks ago.

I think we owe Frank Fahey a debt of gratitude for this. In these tough economic times (nothing to do with his party, obviously), we all need a good laugh. I heard his statement on Newstalk at about 6.35am today on my way into work, and it sure brightened up my day. Not too sure what other drivers thought of my bursting into laughter while sitting at the lights, mind....

Though it did leave me wondering - is Deputy Fahey trying to distract our attention from anything?
"Elite - a small superior group; esp one that has a power out of proportion to its size." (Oxford English Dictionary)

The majority cannot therefore be the elite.

Folks, it's a rumour, and without any proof or foundation, I won't tolerate speculation of this kind and I've made that clear before. If I have to start banning people from the site, I will. Simple as.

I've made this warning in the past, I won't make it again. It would be advisable to stay on topic.

For what it's worth I don't believe any of the rumours circulating re Fahy but it is 100% correct to say he is (was?) a very aggressive property speculator and as such FF are insane letting him out on the airwaves at present shouting the odds given the level of public anger towards banks and speculators.

I'd say FG think Christmas has arrived early
"Hold on, did u just say Frank Fahy of all people is on the airwaves telling the country its all our fault? Oh Jesus, I just gotta hear this..."

Sorry everyone. On behalf of my party, I'd like to apologise.

I thought it had smething to do with the doubling of the national debt, unemployment at 10%, our bond yields 3% over the bund, the collapse of the property bubble, scandals in the financial sector, a Tainiste whpo finished bottom of her economics class in college, a Finance minister who cant read reports and a Taoiseach who has put on two stone since he got in because all he can do properly is drink porter.

But in actual fact, its all Enda Kenny and Eamon Gilmore's fault.

This man is insane. He expects the opposition to roll over and be ass fu***d just like the Greens. Fianna Fail are getting more evil by the day. Its the oppositions job to oust this government as quick as possible.
