I never really celebrate St Patricks day but I like the day off.For me I'm much more proud to be Irish at Easter.

I'd be the first to congratulate a group of Pakistani ceili dancers, or a sean-nos singer from Burundi, but I have yet to see them in the Dublin parade.
    It's mad.
It's not even a celebration of Irish Identity anymore, its been hijacked by the Diversity Nazis.

Since when has Samba been Irish?

Taking days off when you can't afford to pay your bills doesn't make sense. I haven't had a bank holiday, other than Xmas and St. Stephens Day, in about 4 years.
That's terrible - can you really not afford to?

Unfortunately, the smell of drink is too much for the middle classes.

Better to subdue them in a haze of booze (as in every weekend), than have them thinking for themselves and out on the streets protesting (the logical conclusion of rational thought).

    Comedy gold.

We have a government who are clearly afraid to act and are whinging about the opposition doing their job but who won't resign. It would gain international coverage and show that the chancers who have destroyed our country do not have the support of the people.

It would be a peaceful but effective protest. What do you think?
A great idea, if I do say so myself.

A "Brit". I see where you're coming from now. The kind of mindset common in people who choose to plant bombs and murder soldiers.

The irony is, if there was an INP, you'd be a fully paid up member sporting a gold lapel pin for all to see.

MASSIVE chip on the shoulder there pal. If you just sat down and spent 5 minutes contemplating your mind's logic, you'd do yourself a massive favour. Go on, see what you come up with.
