    Who's involved

I see from BHP's website that the company was co-founded by property developer, Eddie Bohan. I wonder could this be the same person as Eddie Bohan who used to be a FF senator and who made a 2m tax settlement at the end of 2007?

"Independent TD Michael Lowry and former Fianna Fáil Senator Eddie Bohan are included in the latest list of tax defaulters published by the Revenue Commissioners.

Mr Bohan's liability, which exceeds €2m, came to light as a result of the Revenue Commissioners' investigation into his offshore assets"

No need to apologise, and thank you.
