It's still winding its way sloooowwwwly through the courts. Probably no developments until later in the year. In the meantime the Killallys have just had their fourth child, which they announced in the Irish Times. I doubt many other 'bankrupts' go to that expense. The Indo also had a piece about it in June:
Killally's fourth child brings positive news
We all love animals. Why do we call some 'pets' and others 'dinner'?
Was the announcement of the birth accompanied by a list of the baby's new directorships?
White collar crime in Ireland takes too long to get to and through the courts (if it ever gets to court).
The shifty 'professionals' are well connected and despite seperation of the Parliament, Garda and Courts, one has to wonder whether they are acting in unison deliberately delaying investigations and court proceedings And pushing more and more white collar crime into tribunals.
Whats the story with Sean Fitz, Drumm, Quinn and a raft of others - I am not presuming guilt, but the court proceedings should have commenced long ago.
The US was quick to move on the Enron execs and Madoff - if our Gardai do not have the skillsets we should contract forensic accountants from abroad to unravel what the traffic corps obviously cannot get their heads around.

Neither a borrower nor a lender be,
For loan oft loses both itself and friend,
And borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry.

If you really want to know about Killally, ask the locals from the area where he used to live.
I understand that he has so much controversy that he now has to live elsewhere.
Dublin, Europe's most supportive tourist destination for Peados, thanks to no electronic passport swipe in Dublin Airport. Ireland always facilitates child molestors.
I am surprised at the inaction of the present govt in the face of the tsunami of cases like this - Why not a CAB to go and root out and repossess all the hidden assets & bank accounts of these people and give the unfortunate creditors and taxpayer some redress. It defies belief for example that such individuals can transfer all their assets to the wife / children and then go bankrupt in UK leaving their creditors / the taxpayer with nothing and then start again with a clean slate after a year.
