I wouldn't worry too much, i'd say they will take one quick look at the state of the country and get on the next plane home
I'd take these poor people into Ireland any day of the week.
It's the fake lying immoral unethical scumbag criminal Nigerians who pose as refugees who should be fecked out of the country on their lying ears, in order to free up resources for us to do a lot more of this work for actual genuine people in need of asylum.
Please sign the petition to establish a national day of celebration in honour of the vision of the United Irishmen!

I agree. The OP is trying to lump all refugees/asylum seekers into the one basket. These people are genuine refugees in need of a new start in life. We have agreed to accept less than 300 per annum. We should happily accept this very minor number of genuine cases each year. Its the bogus "asylum seekers" who we need to stop accepting.
200 is a few , a hundred times that number are fleeing mother Ireland every year. we need to remember, the world took Irish refugees for a hundred years , and we still flee to all corners of the planet. no one has a gun at our head,
Capitalism and Communism are much the same they both exploit the people who do real work, and the leaders of both systems are housed in the top end of town,,,,
Have you people complaining about the Burmese refugees not seen Rambo 4?
You should watch that film and educate yourselves.
I would hope that we would have enough compassion left on this little island to welcome the genuine refugees with open arms and give them a safe haven. I have issues with other so called refugees who have come into our country and are not willing to contribute anything to society. I'm not talking about people who came here and took up employment, often in jobs which we turned our noses up at. I would rather see money spent helping those in need rather than throwing truckloads into the bottom less pit that is Anglo.
