Harris is a gombeen shyster. Of the highest degree.

The very kind of gombeen that needs to be wiped off the face of Ireland once and for all -- oh if anything was to come out of this depression, it ought to be him and his FF party being banished from this isle once and for all. Like St Patrick did to the snakes.

RTE should be ashamed of themselves for planting him amongst "renegades" such as Dunphy and Water. I mean, Waters was treated like a 10 year-old. But RTE's plan back-fired! Big time!

If you look before posting a thread about something that happened a day ago generally you'll find someone has already started one.
    Or, on this occasion, two.

    Friday... what you're talking about.
In between... people hold not just one but two lengthy debates about this.
Saturday... now, when you decide not to bother joining in either other thread on this, but just open a new one.

    Have to agree with JC.
    Too many threads replicated!

ITs not like the title of "3 old codgers on the late late" could have misled you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then you're on the wrong site.
This is a site where politics is debated, not a bulletin board where people blog.
And the site owner is on repeated record asking that people do not replicate existing topics.
So in short, no, you can't bring this up next week or any other time.
At least not on this site.
Go ask the mods, if you're in any doubt.

Dunphy's crocodile tears were embarrassing. He is turning into a male Nell McCafferty, emoting in a most shameful self-indulgent manner but without a single constructive suggestion to offer. He deserves to be laughed off the national stage.

By contrast Harris was saying we will get through it by following Cowen's lead and Waters suggested that we may need to look at more radical ideas. Dunphy had no analysis, no ideas, no nothing.
