To be honest, not on TV. I just find him especially grating and gratuitously rude recently. One of these days he's going to really get it between the eyes (metaphorically) from someone who's had enough. Cooney almost had a serious go at him tonight.

I know, it's all very intricate. Also, you'll notice Vinny is sitting on his coat tails so it doens't ride up on him.
