Probably none, since he has agreed terms and conditions of employment.

Do you know any differently, or are you just trying not to accept the idea that he put his principles ahead of his income.

(I'll admit I'm wrong on this if he has a cushy number lined up as his next job, but there's no evidence of that.)

No evidence of anything so far. Thought I posted the initial thread and it came from a GREAT source, it seems that no media have, as yet, picked it up.

The EA has to adjust to our new economic circumstances just like everybody else. They might have to let go a few secretaries, move to a more modest office and tone down the Xmas party but there is no reason why it shouldn't be able to function.

If the CEO wants to throw his toys out of the pram good luck to him. There will be plenty of people willing to replace him, and who will work for a lower salary.

    Crowley himself?

So why don't you tip them off?
Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are, and those few dare not oppose themselves to the opinion of the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them.

The new economic reality is that DOJ agencies have, in the recent budget, an average cut of about 5%. The Authority had a cut of 43%. Thats hardly reality when you consider that the vast majority of their costs are, like most agencies, salary related. It makes it impossible for them to function. Death by one MASSIVE cut.

Wether you might agree with their function or not, it is self evident that the bodies most critical of Government were SLASHED in the recent Budget. All under the auspices of the DOJ.

No the Authority and Tribunal are separate institutions. The Authority takes cases on behalf of individuals, among other functions, and the Tribunal decides the taken cases.
