Having watched Mike Milotte's report it looks likes this board have some serious questions and issues to address "going forward".A multitude of molehills fast becoming mountains.
1.The Becbay Stake (ref Anoraks posts for b/round)
    2.Carroll's North Wall Sect.25 over-rule
3.The contractual agreement for 2 above.
    4.The Invisible U2 Tower.

    And the rest.

An auctioneer on Prime Time tonight stated the Irish Glass Bottle site was worth no more than 250m at present but Becbays accounts filed just three months ago and signed off by KPMG give it a market value of 449m.

Anorak, that 250 million valuation was qualified with two words,"and falling".

Morketspeak for,"you wouldn't get a sniff near the figure that I've just given you" million, more like.

The resignations of Anglo Directors Sean Fitzpatrick and Lar Bradshaw will surely add to the current concerns that are lashing around the North Wall?
Shane Ross had a story in April 2007 that may yet have more to be added.

Thats why a certain Mr. ******* now employs an armed security detail.

Seems that certain contributers to a mezzanine finance pool put together by ****** for the Bottle plant are not actually 'legitimate' business men, but they are Business Men

nevertheless some how he ended up in the A+E of St Vincents....

Lar Bradshaw, who resigned from the Board of Anglo Irish bank for being party to Fitzpatricks dodgy dealings, was chairman of DDDA from 1997- 2007.

He was replaced as chairman of DDDA by - Donal O'Connor, the now Chairman of Anglo Irish Bank!

This goes the whole way back to the Beef Tribunal

I've known about this for quite some time - over a year (can only see posts here & here though)

If they ever get to the bottom of this issue it will be the end of FF for a generation
