Mmmm .. there is something odd about the tone of her voice - it is not a pleasing sound - rather "grating".

Politicians quite often have their makeup & clothing paid for ... in fairness I think the taxpayer could stretch to getting her an operation (or perhaps a modifier device on her throat).

Not at all - I usually find she talks complete sense, unlike mosts of our TDs who can barely string a sentence together.
