    Nigerian woman in high court

Just looking at the RTE News and I see that the Nigerian woman Pamela Izevbekhai who has been ducking and diving through our court system (with the help of the usual PC suspects) at the Irish tax payers expense is still here. This woman came here as an illegal immigrant in 2005 and when she was refused asylum she concocted a cock and bull story about her daughters being in danger of female genital mutilation. Why on earth are we, a bankrupt and penniless country putting up with this expensive nonsense from someone who should never have been allowed in here in the first place?

WOW big WUP one womans story.

Banckrupt and penniless? - what are you ON about. There's plenty of wealth in this country, and money.

Stormfront? Is that the new name for the RTE 6 O’Clock news?

Yes indeed, the country is awash with money.

60% of judicial reviews in our courts are asylum cases, which underlines the liberalism of our judiciary in these cases. The COFR is relevant to this debate as it mandates govts to provide free legal-aid to those who cannot afford legal representation. There needs to be a crackdown on free legal aid being used vexatiously to mount endless appeals, injunctions and judicial reviews in asylum cases As CL stated a while back, an industry has grown up around asylum appeals, and I regard asylum lawyers as part of it. Can it be that the same liberal ideology that causes judges to be soft on sentencing also causes them to help hold up deportations from Ireland? Yes.

I suppose that it would keep you amused. Though the usual crew will be along soon to argue the case so you may get a chance to get even more excited.

Whatever problems that woman has, they are not our problems, and she should be back in Nigeria using their (her) legal SYSTEM.
