63 days a year is probably pushing it anyway. real difference is probably far less. regardless, very few other jobs are as high intensity as teaching, i think it warrants more time off (forgetting the fact that most teachers work through summers - language schools, gaeltachts, private sector work eg farming, family shop or pub, summer courses for kids, exam correction and supervision, charity work abroad, translation, text book writing, doctorate research, etc etc to name but a few and to answer a previous poster. if you don't think it warrants more time off, fine. move on.
